I"ve spilled scented, melted candle wax (red) on my carpet and i need to know what will remove the color and the wax. The carpet is (a type) of indoor/outdoor carpet. HELP PLEASE!!

An iron and a lot of clean white towels! Pluck and flake as much as you possibly can!!!! Use an Ice Pack to really harden the wax. It may get it all out this way, but....

Place the towel over the wax. Place the iron, on the towel, on top of the wax. **DON'T LEAVE IT THERE LONG** Drag the towel under your iron, but don't let the iron come in direct contact with the carpet or wax.

Next would be a patch, taken from a closet.
