I removed the carpet from my basement floor, the floor is concrete, there is still glue on the concrete, I want to put ceramic tile down. How do I get the glue up or can I just put the ceramic tile down over it. Help!!

If it was me, I would sand down the high spots and then simply install the ceramic on the floor. You'll want to get the floor as flat and even as possible. Otherwise, you might end up with an uneven floor.
