The igniter went out so I replaced it now it lights, but the supply tube has flame only out of one side??

Hi,
You talking about the burner itself??...has 1/2 the flame working??....if yes, grab a paper clip and carfully check the holes around the burner as they can get clogged from cleaning, boil overs, etc.
