Hi:gwood1197
Not much information for me to go on here.
If the top burners are working, then at least we know there is fuel available.
First, check all the oven controls for proper settings.
Next could be a closed runaway valve.
Possible closed accidentally while removing or cleaning the top burners?
This valve is used to close gas to the oven and broiler during a repair. The valve is usually located in the oven compartment or below the lowest removeable panel in the oven. May also be found on the gas manifold under the top burner access cover.
Next it could be a stuck gas valve. You could turn the oven on and when the coil is glowing brightly, tap the gas valve with the back end of a scerwdriver. If the valve opens, the burner will light.
Could also be a defective glow coil. Both glow coil and gas valve can be tested by a range repair person in home or at the store.
Good Luck,
