Best of my knowledge, the answer is no.
The tub is porcelain coated. Once the coating is damaged the tube will have to be replaced.
That's considering if the rest of the machine is worth the cost of a new tube and the time/labor to replace it.
You might try asking this same question to Jeff in the forum called electric appliances. Jeff may have an alternate solution if not a better answer.
