i have just bought a new home and have white ceramic tile and grout in the bathrooms. i have been told that i should seal the grout to prevent it from turning brown. my questions are; can i seal the entire floor, or just the grout? how long should i wait before i seal it, and how often? is any one product better than another.

I've heard of AquaMix. I use Ceramaseal, which is another well respected name in grout sealers. You can contact them at 1-800-523-6530 and speak to their customer service department to find out who distributes their products in your area.

I don't know about AquaMix. Ceramaseal is a division of the Bostik Corporation. You can learn more about Ceramaseal products by going to Bostik's website and following the link to grout and masonary sealers.

Read the posts near the top of the forum. Someone asked me for the BEST grout sealer, and I went into a dissertation about grout sealers. Read it if you want a basic understanding of grout sealers.

Sorry, I just reread the post and realized he wanted to seal floor tile grout. Ceramaseal makes grout sealers for floor tiles, but all my experience has been with wall tiles and Ceramaseal's grout sealers for wall tiles.
