I have a sequencer with a 150 ohm resister in parallel on the coil side / heater side of the sequencer. I have 24V on the heater but the sequencer won't close the circuit with this resister hooked up. It works without it but the temperature swing won't stay close to the set point. What is the function of this resister??? I have a T87F with a Q539-1147 sub base for a thermostat. I removed it and measured the resistance and have 149 ohms...reconnected it and it worked for now but Its not dependable. I replaced it a few years ago....any ideas?????
