About to install some cabinets above my washer and dryer in the laundry room. Is this doable without moving the washer and dryer out of the way? How do you support the cabinets on the wall while securing them?

Easy..get a helper to hold them tight against the wall..they aren't that heavy for the typical utility cabinets. Mark your studs, put the cabs in place temporarily..then mark the cabs on the interior mounting rail, predrill the cabs..use cabinet mounting screws and mount those babies....

Mine are cheap knock down cabinets (it's a laundry room) from Home Depot. They mount on cleats that are secured to wall studs. It takes about 15 minutes ot put them up. Simply screw the cleats level across the studs and hang the cabinets.
Just use cabinet screws instead of drywall screws. Especially if you plan on storing one of those 20 lb boxes of detergent from BJ's. :)
