I'm looking to paint my vinyl siding a darker color and I've been reading up on Sherwin-Williams' paints and their "VinylSafe technology". Does anyone know if SW Resilience paint is already pre-formulated with VinylSafe, or is it something you have to ask for? I've gone the SW store 3 times and got a different answer every time.

I don't know about that particular line but the technology would be in the resin package and something the store would add. Usually only colorants, insecticides, and extra mildewcide are added.

The vinyl safe techonlogy came out after I retired and I thought it was a line of paint but according to SWP's web site it's something added to the paint like bc said.
