I had to do master reset on my PC1555, just bought the home and did not have the code. I think I have it set to default but not too sure. alarms seems to be responding to commands but I don't really know what I am doing. Some basic programming would great. I have the manual but its overwelling

First read the sticky titled "Alarm Forum FAQ (Please read before posting)" There are a lot of basic bits of information on alarm configuration in general and DSC panels specifically.

The most important section of the manual to _understand_ is the short section titled "How to program". Pretty much all the rest is just reference material.
