I have a large ranch home in Maine. In the summer, it gets really humid in the house. And I was thinking about Central Air.
Are there Central Air Cond units that also give heat in the winter? Any suggestions as to what kind I should get
( i have a full attic, so any ideas on the type of central air that is installed in the attic?)

heat pump will work! What type of heat do you have know. In a ranch Id put the unit in the basement not the attic.

A definite , installers will :) and a future serviceperson will Beer 4U2 when they see that !!!!!
