I have an Echo PB4600 backpack blower that has a problem running continuously. I have to mess with the carb screws every time to get it started and once I have it running, if I shut it off, I have to readjust the screws to get it started again. What's the problem with this thing?

Have you rebuilt the carb and replaced fuel lines?
