Hello-
Planning on refinishing my pine floors soon. Can anyone offer advice as to which polyurethane is best?
I would like to go with a water based product, because of fast dry time and less fumes. This will be a light traffic area, usually no shoes worn in this area of the house.
I am thinking Ben Moore's Benwood staysclear, as I like BM products. Also looking at Varathane, Minwax, etc.

Any help is appreciated- thanks!

There are polyurethanes meant for use on floors. If BM makes such a product (and maybe that's what the one you mention is), I wouldn't hesitate to use it.
