Hello,
I have a Amana Gas Range, Model #: ARGS7650, and the broiler is not working.. Last year the oven didn't work, and it was still under warranty, so the service tech came out and replaced the Oven Control Panel... A year later, now the Broiler doesn't work.. where should I start checking ?? Thanks for your helpful suggestions.. PAUL

Hello teashirts. Welcome to Gas Appliances topic and our Do-It-Yourself Web Site.
Lots of possible causes. I would suggest starting with the easiest and most common cause. One of two choices. Either replace the hot surface glow igniter (HSI) or remove the HSI that is working from the oven and install it into the broiler.
If the HSI then does not glow, problem found> Replace the HSI. Leave the ovens HSI where it is and install the new HSI into the oven.
If the above does not resolve the problem, much more testing and/or part replacement may be required. Be sure all selections on the control panel are set correctly before starting any repairs or parts replacements, etc.
The forum topic already has existing posts with like and/or similar questions and the possible solutions. Reading them will contain all possible solutions, as will the sticky note HERE (http://forum.doityourself.com/showthread.php?t=159808)
Additional Suggestion. Retail parts dealers and appliances parts stores can also help determine what the possible problem may be based upon that specific brand and model. Bring the make, model and serial numbers. Dealers and appliances parts stores are listed in the phone book.
Cautionary Reminder Note:
Before attempting any repairs, be sure to unplug the appliance from the wall receptacle power source first.
