Hi, I have Lennox M/N CB29M-46-1P and the blower fan went out of balance and broke one of the motor mounts. I went to Grainger and got a compatible motor and fan to replace the old ones. The wiring diagram for the old motor has two purple lines to the capacitor, then another line that goes to the right of the diagram then down and back up diagonally to the hi line, and then hi, med, and low lines. The new motor A.O.Smith F48N85A01 has brn brn/white for the capitor, and yellow, black, blue and red wires. The diagram for the new motor is similar to the old one, except that the common wire does not wrap around back to the hi wire. The wires from the unit are yellow, black and red. If black and red are for hi (cooling) and lo (heating), my question is does the unit yellow wire connect directly to the motor yellow wire, or should it be wired differently? I have little experience with wiring diagrams and don't want to mess this up. Thanks in advance :wall:
