I have a Lennox. When I put the system switch (heat-off-cool) at COOL, and fan switch (auto-on) at AUTO (Maple chase thermostat), once the set Temp below Room Temp, the compressor and fan start together. When I put the system switch (heat-off-cool) at HEAT, and fan switch (auto-on) at AUTO, the burner ignits but fan WON't kick off. When fan switch (auto-on) at ON regardless the system switch position, the fan will work. Can somebody help me on this thing? Thanks a lot.

Thx for the reply. More deatail below.f
the blower would be kick on at ON position. And when call cooling, the blower will be on at AUTO position. But wehn call heat, the blower will NOT be on at AUTO position. Jump RH/RC and Y (cooling) at thermostat, the compressor and fan will be on. But Jump RH/RC and W (heat), the burner will be on and fan still off. Curiously, jump RH/RC and G (fan), both compressor and fan are on together.

The furnace usually controls fan operation in heat mode and the stat usually controls fan operation in cool mode.

Can you clarify "won't kick off".
It will not start? Or it will not stop.

THX for the reply.
It will not blow in heat mode, when fan-switch is at AUTO. In cool mode the blower will start with compressor. And when fan-switch at ON, the blower will operate too, regardless the heat/cool mode.
The other problem is when I JUMP RH/RC (24 v) and W (fan), both compressor/AC and Blower will operate together, other than supposed blower itself.
Some guys suggested it might be failed of the BCC/BCC2 board.
