Over the weekend my neighbor set off my alarm by mistake. Now I can not get the trouble light to trun off (or reset). The zone 4 comes up which means trouble communicating to the central office. I'm no longer being monitored and I program the main unit to not monitor the phone line since that was giving me issues and causing the alarm to go off in the middle of the night.

How can I reset the trouble light? I have tried to arm and disarm the system, Reset button.

What type of system is this? Sounds like DSC for sure but what model?To reset, power down the system wait 20 seconds then power back up.Trouble will come on for the clock which you will have to reprogram. That will clear the comunication trouble for now. You need to disable communications in program to fix the problem from coming back next time the alarm goes off. Most power series panels u can goto section 380 and turn off number 1 to disable communications. We need to know what model this is to be sure.Good luck.
