I have a ducted evaportaive cooler. There are 6 outlets in my home – 3 have massive air flow and the other 3 have almost no air flow. I checked up top and have removed the winter covers. The 3 with weak air flow seem to be running off the same duct work and ducting seems in good repair. i have not checked for blockages in detail but would there be anything other than a blockage stopping the airflow?

Make sure those vents are open.

Not sure what the ducts are made of, but if they are flex, go back up in the attic (or where ever the ducts are at) and make sure it's not kinked or wrapped up on to something.
