I have white kitchen cabinets (15 years old). I've noticed some discoloration near especially near the stove area. The cabinets are in perfect condition otherwise.

I want to clean/restore the cabinets to their original shade of white. I've tried Fantastik, 409 but results were not what I expected. They removed the grease, but the didn't really restore the nature shade.

Any advice on what solutions or products would do the trick?

Keep in mind just like walls and ceilings...after some time..cleaning is not going to restore it to like new conditions...after 15 years you may want to consider cleaning, priming and painting you cabnets

Depending on the type of finish, you might not be able to clean them to their original color. Many solvent based finishes yellow/amber over time. While you can still clean them - you can't bring back the original color without repainting.

If this is close enough to the stove to have been effected by the heat or by steam etc from cooking foods that discoloration will not be reversable. Also wiping the cabinets down with mineral spirits aka paint thinner is a better cleaner for cooking grease.

Time for a repaint.
