2005 Titan V-8; 2WD. Making weird ticking sound when I turn on the blower motor for the AC. Today, I turned off the truck and it kept ticking. Tick tick tick tick tick. Not sure were to look or feel to check. Any suggestion sure would be appreciated. This has been going on for several months and I've taken it in, but wouldn't you know it, when I took it in, it could not be duplicated.

Is it coming from inside the vehicle or the engine bay? If inside, it might just be some debris in the fan shroud.Not sure where it's located in the Titan, but most are behind the glovebox area.

doesn't appear to be. It is a very difined ticking. Mechanical, not likely debris. What is unusual is that it does not do it always. Seems like the AC triggers it. Bus sometimes even without the AC it will still make it.
