I have wooden cabinets that are starting to peel in places. Painted originally with Benjamin Moore Impervo enamel. Any advice on making touchups?

Welcome to the forums!
Enamels don't touch up well. The best bet would be to sand the area in question and then repaint that section; 1 door or drawer, 1 section of wood frame, etc.
The paint shouldn't be peeling. The most likely cause is improper prep [or lack of] Were the cabinets cleaned and sanded prior to painting? Did they used to be stained?
