I have PCS 5132-RS security system. with LCD display screen of PC 1555. After changing battery in one of the zones it started to give zone fault indicator. How could I fix it?
It is installed near the window. What could have gone wrong?
Appreciate guidance from net colleagues

Make sure the new battery is good and installed properly. Check that the cover is back on properly. Also open and close the window so that the sensor is forced to trip. If all is good it should reset after putting in the code a couple times.

Make sure the battery is good and installed properly. Also make sure the cover is back on properly because there is a tamper on the switch. After that is good open and close the window that it is on so the contact is forced to trip. Try putting your code in once or twice. It should reset after that.
