Hi all, My question is specifically in regard to "re-grouting" tile. I've read that it's a good idea to put an acrylic additive in the grout when doing re-grouting. Is this in fact a good idea and if so, can you tell me why. Is there a consensis on this subject?

thanks much mike

Todays grouts already come with additives in the dry mix. All you need to do is add water. Do not add anything to the grout you select, unless the instructions on the bag say you can. Seal the grout with a good quality sealer after its cured for a few days.:)
