toshiba 32" diagonal color tv
set was a gift from a friend for helping her move. We are having two problems.
1) when we turn it on its snowy, no problem with sound, and takes a min or two to warm up and the picture shows up. :confused:
2) the vertical or horizontal hold seem to be off? peoples heads are distorted at the top and smooshed at the bottom. While amusing at times :D it is something we would like to fix, if possable?!! :confused:
Any help would be great, thanks in advance :D

Sounds like a problem in the video processing section of the set.Most likely something with the comb filter.It
