Hi :)

I have an Amber Dry (AKA Ruby Dry) dehumidifier in my garage. Normally an tremendous machine I really like.

...But..when I turn it on, it runs for a short time then the 'warning' lamp comes on and it stops :( Problem is, i don't know what its warning me about!!

Its on a perfectly level surface, new filter, empty tank, no leaks and spotlessly clean. The unit is about 2 years old and has went from bringing the 'warning' lamp on occasionally to running for a maximum of a minute before the lamp comes on and it shuts down :(

I never heard/seen such unit here in the States.. I looked it up, and I'm going to need more info from you.

What is the model number on the unit? I'll see if I can find any info.

Do you have the owner's manual on this and does it have/say anything about this light?
