Hello,
I have about a foot wide concrete surrounding the front of my house leading to the yard. Over the years it is graded towards my house instead of away from it, I want to grade it away from the house by laying new concrete (over what is there). My question is, I have alot of mortar left over from putting a glass block window in, can I use this? If not, what type of concrete do I need? I do not envision that it will be that thick, just enough to make the grade go away from the house.

I don't think the mortar will hold without a bonding agent, if at all. Are you sure that's only a foot wide? It looks more than that to me.
