Hi folks,
There's a small gap in between two window ledges under a large front window that was once filled with a concrete substance, but has since deteriorated, and is now staining the bricks beneath it as a result of rain. I'm looking for suggestions on what to fill this gap with so that this doesn't happen again in the future (if possible).
Thanks,
Marc

It appears that the ledge is stone or such. I would dig out the remaining old material and caulk with a siliconized, acrylic latex exterior caulk.
