I bought a Rite-temp digital thermostat {I know its crap} My a/c worked fine but when I switched it to heat I get nothing. Can anyone tell me where the wires go I think they are wrong!!
Currently wired up as
White==W
Yellow==Y
Red==Rh and jumperd to RC
Blue==G
Thanx alot for any help

More information would help.
Post the make and model of your furnace. What is the stat model? Is this gas heat? If so, have you watched it try to start?
If you have electric heat it may be as simple as moving a switch on the stat subbase from HG to HE.

Agree, wires mean something. But not knowing what they are connected too makes them mean nothing.

The system is a Trane...and the stat model is 6022. Im all electric...NO gas!

Jumper number 5 on your stat subbase.
