I have a Protection One alarm system:
Vista 320P1 (Vista 20) Ademco panel
Ademco 6150PL2 LCD keypad.
with no contract or supervision.
I don't have a land-line phone installed - only a cell. Is there a wireless device I can install that would call my cell if the alarm was activated? Or do I absolutely need a land line and dial-out modem?

The dialer is built into the alarm control, but the only aftermarket wireless dialer that can call a generic phone (as opposed to a dedicated security network) are these models:
United Security Products, Inc., Security alarm systems, alarm sensors, sirens, magnetic contacts (http://www.unitedsecurity.com/pages/cellular.html)
