Three year old house - we have mold starting to clog several bathroom faucets with some occasional mold under toilet rims.

Causes? Solutions?

There is a lost of moisture coming from somewhere? Do you have exhaust fans in the bathrooms? If so, do you use them? Many people think it's a waste of electricity, which I never understood.
