After installing tile, the accordion door needs to be shortened. Looks like I have to remove screws in the bottom. What's the best way and tool to cut the door? Thanks

A long straight edge and a sharp utility knife should do the job. Depending on how thick it is, basic metal shears or scissors may work well.
