I have spent the last 2 hours going through Tilt Latches and can't find one that matches. It seems to be pretty unique in it's look.

If anyone can identify it, I would be SO happy. The house was built 3 years ago so it's fairly new.

It looks like Strybuc part #900-22196 (RH or LH) w/deluxe actuator or #900-19498 (RH or LH) w/ deluxe actuator. Not sure if they will sell retail or you may have to purchase through a contractor/dealer.

An ilustration and sizing chart is on pg 59 of 79 in their window sash catalog. (http://www.strybuc.com/public_html/Web_Catalog/2009_web_Catalog/Sash%20Support%20Systems.pdf) You will want to do some careful measuring. Tip the sash down and tap the piece out to the side. They simply slide into a mortise. The deluxe actuator pops straight up and off.

Thank you! I talked to a rep and it looks like I'm going to be able to order them from lows. Thanks again!
