I have a Kenmore Elite washing machine (HE4t) Quiet Package that displays an error code F H. Does anyone know what this means?

Forgot what code is but it youy take off the lower front panel (3 or 4 screws) there is a tech sheet there, It's either in panel or a plastic bag on right side.

hit drain spin, no spin, the press prewash about 4 times.

water does not come in fast on c:01 or c:03: replace inlet valve

water comes in fast: could be bad flowmeter, hole worn in pressure switch tube, bad water level pressure switch, guckus clogging air dome in bottom rear of tub.
