I am looking for advice from anyone who has any idea on how to convert a loft into storage and bedroom with minimal funds, any ideas would be gratefully recieved,

Welcome to the forums! Let's start by giving us the dimensions of the area you want to convert. If possible, you could post a couple of pictures of the area on a site such as photobucket.com and copy/paste the IMG code to your reply post. That way we can see what you see.
