Hi....
I thought I was doing quite well in managing to enter Programming mode, and disabling a zone that I no longer needed.
However, when I exited programming using *99, and triggered the alarm using an active zone to test the system, I find that it no longer dials the central station - which it was doing earlier today.
I recall seeing a prompt for 'Primary Phone' at one point. Could I have inadvertently erased the central station number (I didn't make any entries)?
If so, can it be restored from memory?
If not, do I enter the local 7 digit number only? or, if an area code is required, do I prefix it with a '1'?
Thanks

Once the phone numbers are deleted, there's no way to recall them. You need to know the number that's supposed to be dialed to get the central station.

Thanks. So by selecting that entry, *41, I automatically delected the previous entry?
I think I can retrieve the phone number from my phone log.

When you entered *41, the next digit you entered before pressing * again overwrote the telephone number.
The standard way to disable the ademco dialer is *41* and *42* which deletes the primary and secondary phone numbers.
