Anyone know of any cleaners or disinfectants for wood, particle board, drywall, etc?

Have a funny smell coming from these in my home which use to be infested with mice.

Short of replacing these materials, I'd like to try removing the odor first.

if the pest problem has already been addressed...then you can move to the next step. It almost sounds like you may still have issues from behind these materials. Since all these materials are pourous...you are going to have to use an oil based primer or alcohol based shellac..then repaint. But if its you whole house..i would really make sure the pest problem is solved. It could be in ductwork..carpet...etc
