I haven't seen a problem like this mentioned anywhere. Today my toilet started behaving strange. It now starts with a full tank and very little water in the bowl. When it is flushed the bowl quickly fills with water and then slowly drains and finally stop with little water in the bowl and a full tank. I have plunged it but I am afraid to do more.

SedIsDed,

Welcome to the forums.

You've got a clog. Start with a toilet auger and auger the toilet.(That's a specially designed snake that won't damage the toilet bowl.) If that doesn't cure it, snake out the main line all the way from the toilet to the setic tank or sewer connection, which ever you have.
