I have a Pioneer SD-533-HD5. About a month ago I replaced both STK 180's. Everything was fine until today and, again, my picture is warped at the top and bottom of screen. Should I go ahead and just replace the IC's again? And is there anything else I may be missing? Thanks for any help.

Before you replace the ICs again check all the resistors on the board.The value should be stamped on them.Your looking for an open one.Most times but not always one or two of the resistors will open up when the ICs go bad.If there were no resistors bad then, they may have opened up now.Then there's the chance you just got a bad set of ICs and I would order them from somewhere else.
