When I flush any of the toilets in my home (first or second floor) there is a huge bubble that shoots to the top inside the bowl and then the toilet flushes (slowly many times and sometimes it flushes twice) and then refills.
What does the bubble mean?

Sounds like your vent is clogged and the drain has air backing up in it. Your vents can become clogged with falling leaves and debris, birds or squirrels have been known to build nests in them. To effect removing the clog you can auger (plumbing snake) the vent out from the roof downward or use a high pressure garden hose to flush it out. In most cases what ever is causing the clog will flush down through the drain lines and out. Caution: too strong water pressure can cause water and debris to come out of your fixtures so be careful.
