Planning on buying my first carpet cleaner for shampooing the rugs. I went to a well known store and the sales lady informed me that a hoover would be better due to the belts not failing as much as the Bissell model. She actually steared me away from the more expensive Bissell and suggested the lower Hoover with dual tanks, one for clean water and the other for the dirty water. Here is the link for the Hoover, anyone have any purchase advice or first hand usage experience with rug cleaners. Thanks for any help of info.
