Flooring Tile - How do I remove latex leaching

i just did my kitchen floor. 12" porcelain tiles. I used a sanded grout that is colored "earth" it is a brown color. Im pretty sure at this point that I introduced to much water to the grout when cleaning and now I have latex leaching. I tried a product from Miracle Sealants that has an acid (and smells like rotten eggs) to remove the chalkiness, no luck. What products are available to remove the latex leaching and bring out the true color?:wall:

Where would the latex be coming from? If it is chalky, then, yes, you used too much water. BUT, it should crack out on its own in a few days if that is the case. Total removal may be the only solution. What consistency was your grout....yogurt, peanut butter?

I used too much water when cleaning up the grout [charcoal] on my wood stove hearth. It made the grout color blotchy - is that what you have? I used a grout colorant to "paint" my grout. That's been about 14 yrs and it still looks good.

Are you on a cement slab?
