Hey everyone...I have a basement question for you. I'm going to finish my basement, but want to start the easy stuff myself. I live in a townhome, and the basement walls are poured concrete. I was going to purchase some drylok, and then paint the walls, hoping to waterproof it. I already had glass block windows installed which pretty much accomplished the task, but there is one wall (the one me and my neighbor share) where occasionally a trickle of water will come out. Is my plan sound, or am I missing something that will come back to bite me?

Thanks for any help you can offer!

Welcome to the forums! Hopefully the monolith walls were waterproofed before they were backfilled. Not too sure why you have a "trickle" of water come through the wall. Is it at a corner or where a pipe infiltrates, or what? It would help to know.
You installed glass block windows? This will negate the possibility of dividing it up for bedroom usage, as you must have egress windows in place, which you blocked up.
Let us know the severity of the leak and we'll go from there.
