Last year I was getting bids for my house roofing using BUR. I'm now considering going with Torchdown.
I'm not sure a open flame on the roof is a good idea.
Should I be concerned about the torchdown method?
Also, I did a partial (400 sf) tear-off and discovered there is no plywood - only 2 x 6 T&G (house built in 1956.)
Does the lack of plywood affect the roofing product choice?

Torchdown is illegal in a lot of places, so you might have trouble finding someone who will do it.
