I'm also planning on installing the Aprilarie 600, but don't have a true floor drain near my furnance. Is it ok to drain the water under the slab? My A/C condenstation is drained that way, seems like the humidifier will be running more water through it to the drain. I was thinking of install a condensation pump to get the water to my sump pump pit.

No, it's not.

You should add a pump to this for both A/C, and the humidifier, and seal up the hole in the floor.
Do you have a laundry tub near by or washer drain?
No, it's not.

I don't have a sink or washer hook ups in the basement, only a sump pump pit. I can do the condenstation pump, my options would be pump into the sump pit or make a connection to one of the sewer lines coming from a bath room or the kitchen.

If you have a drain line going down to the basement from upstairs, I would "T" it and add a trap. Then just run a hose from the pump into this stand pipe.
I would do this instead of running it to your sump pump. cuz if you do this the water from this going outside is going to freeze on the ground in the winter..

..................If you use a cond pump run clear tubing to inside wall and use 3/4 pvc tru wall and out side . as with a gas furnace or it will freeze in winter and cause code and or problems .............................
