I've switched bulbs back and forth (all three)..each have light sensors ..switched sensors from bulb to bulb ... same results .. only one will flicker

Do you have CFL bulbs in them? CFL's and sensors do not play nice with each other.

How are the photocells oriented? If toward each other, the light from one will begin to turn the other one off, and vice versa, causing flickering. But the CFL thingy is probably closest to solving the problem.
