I do not know all the proper terminology so hope I can ask this correctly. My side by side fridge started dripping water down the back from the icemaker water inlet tube. I removed the trough and it looks fine but I THINK that the tube that feeds water into the trough is either cracked or has hard water build up and it causing the water to flow over into the back of the freezer. I tried lime away on a rag using a screwdriver to clean it up and it helped some but still leaking so I just had to turn the icemaker off. (I REALLY miss my ice!!) I see there is a plastic? panel on the back that may give me access to that tube so that I can inspect it closer and maybe even remove and soak it but I can't figure out how to get that panel off. I tried prying it with a putty knife but it almost seems glued in place so I was afraid to pull too hard. There doesn't appear to be any screws or anything. Can someone tell me if it's possible to get to that tube to remove it? My model number is in the subject line. Do you need anything else? Thank you for your time.
