I have a 5 yr driveway apron which has heaved. It is about 1/2 inch above the concrete sidewalk and has a 3/4 gap between the expansion joint material and the sidewalk, so water now drains in the gap. As you would expect the drainage is poor on the rest of the apron, since it has settled 1 inch below the drop curb. Is there a way to repair this or least fill and seal the gap to minimize the water entry?

It sounds like the apron needs to be completely redone.
