Goodman 5 Ton CPLT60 Heat Pump
AEPF Variable Speed Air Handler

My question regards system wiring configuration on page 4, http://www.acdirect.com/xcart/images/products/IO-287.PDF, relating to HEATPUMP - WITH 1 STG EMHT 1 STG AUX HEAT. Please refer to diagram NOTE 3) IF OT PJ2 JUMPER IS CUT E AND W2 ENABLE LO SPD FAN HEATING. My system does not have this jumper cut as per diagram. Should I cut the jumper? Does the system require low speed fan heating?

If you want low speed fan for heat then yes it should be cut.
