I have a new 2stage Trane xv95 Propane single fuel system with an VisionPRO IAQ T-stat..

The consistence from what I have been reading is the CPH for stage 1 should be 3 so I am assuming 3 for the second stage also.

My IAQ is set to Auto Discover for both? Is the auto discover considered to be the best setting? Or Should it be set to 3 for both stages?

Also is there is way to set the fan speed when the fan is on or in circ mode? We have a wood insert in the basement I would like to have the fan run alittle faster in circ/on mode to move more of the heat from the basement to the rest of the house.

Thanks for any comments..

The Auto Discover "E" should not be shown, unless you have a zone control system.. Otherwise, it should be set to a # value all across the board.

yes, you want 3 on both stages.

Yes, there is.. I don't recall off hand.. Do you have A/C?

If you want, you can give me all of your IAQ settings, and I can make sure they are set correct, and also how it's wired to the furnace.

Change these settings.

180=0
220=2
300=0

on the EIM, add a jumper from one of the R's. down to DHUM1.

Then DHUM2 down to the board's BK.

What are the dip switches set to on the furnace? Model # on that and the A/C outside.

The model of the Furnace is UH2C100A9V4VA

Furnace D/S

SW-1=on
SW-2=off
Out door unit set to 3.5 tons

SW-3=off
SW-4=off
Cooling air flow set to normal 400 cfm/ton

SW-5=on
SW-6=off
Cooling delay 90 sec.

SW-7=off
SW-8=on
Heating air flow 1000/1450

Staging Delay 10 min
Heat off delay 100 sec

The A/C unit model number is Rheem RAKA-042JAZ

All of the recommended settings have been entered into the T-stat

Also on the EIM I dont mean to be dense, I see the DHM 1 and 2 and R hot from furnace.. When you said BK you want DHM 2 connected to the BK in the furnace? My EIM does not have a term called BK or I am blind :-)

If referring to BK in the furnace there is a factory jumper between R and BK. The manual says that the jumper must be cut for an optional humidistat or when applying an airflow command signal to the BK input Thanks for your time...

DHM2 tied to BK on the furnace.

Correc,t you need to cut this small jumper wire.

Is there any other jumper added to on the board? Say, like between W1 and W2?

Glad to help out.

How big is your home, and age of it? Reason I'm asking, it seems pretty large.
