FC displayed on keypad # SA6128-2 with vista-10se.

Think I have it narrowed down to a phone line error!

The problem is i no longer use local telephone service, completely gone. (all cell now)

Is there a way to by pass the phone service and keep using the rest of the features ?

appreciate any help

sure if you want to permanently get rid of the FC you gotta enter programming mode..... if you know the installer code.. usually 6321.... you would enter:
632180
you should see a "20" appear on the screen... DO EXACTLY THIS:
*41* (u should hear beep beep beep) this erases the receiver phone number

then *43* (again u should hear beep 3x this erases the acct no)
then *99 to exit prog
now your system will no longer attempt to dial out to any central station if the alarm goes off... but you may still be liable for monthly monitoring fees if you're still under contract with whatever company you may have had...

if you don't know the installer code... power down the system.. then power up again.. and within 50 seconds of powering up go to the keypad and hold down * and # at the same time for a few secs, let go.. and u should be in programming you'll see "20" on the screen.. then just follow the steps above.. hope this helps!
